Deep dark ruby, opaque core, violet glints, faintly lighter at the rim. Ripe plums, a hint of figs and olives, chocolatey touch, some vanilla. Juicy, fine cassis notes, sweet expression and marked elegance, freshly structured, mineral finish. A balanced food companion, with a touch of nougat and potential for development.

Spicy, dark berry fruit, black cherry with hints of nougat and vanilla. Juicy palate with fully ripe plum, ripe tannins and spicy, chocolaty finish. Very long.
