Tasting Notes
Notes of salted butter cookies on the nose promise a full-bodied palate, while peach skin is also hinted at. The mousse is rather effervescent but, together with the fine yeasty notes, provides a counterpoint to the pleasantly bitter phenolics. The finish on this rather full-bodied sparkling wine is clean and dry. A sparkling wine to accompany a meal.
