The white wine Scheurebe trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Schloss Proschwitz – Prinz zur Lippe has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Scheurebe from the region Saxony in Germany.
Pale in colour, impressive on the nose: green bell pepper, yellow gooseberry, quince, lemon balm and a hint of crushed flint. On the palate, there is a good balance of ripe fruit and very good acidity. Minerality accompanies the finish.
