The white wine Solaris Mecklenburger Landwein trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Schloss Rattey has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Solaris from the region Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in Germany.
The aroma is still yeasty, but with notes of pink grapefruit, dried lemon peel and passion fruit. In the mouth there's a silky flow and the sweetness-acidity interplay creates tension. The still-closed fruit should develop in a complex way as the wine matures in the bottle.
