The white wine »Hundertdreiundfünfzig« Cuvèe weiß trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Schloss Rattey has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Donauriesling, Johanniter, Hibernal, Helios from the region Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in Germany.
Very savoury aromas, almost reminiscent of Traminer, with notes of rose, Kampot pepper and wet stones, quite complex. A touch of sweetness and smooth layers open up the palate structure, a little fermentation carbon dioxide and a backbone of ripe acidity give elegance and length. The finish is refreshing with a hint of minerality.
