Tasting Notes
A touch reductive initially on the nose, with distinctive notes of flint and citrus fruits, then slate-spicy flavours take the lead with just a little aeration. On the palate, the wine has a fine sweet and sour interplay with a slight lingering sweetness, the vivid minerality on the nose continues on the palate.
