Peppery, yeasty savouriness, lemon blossom. Delicate on the palate, refined in its sharp but fine acidity, not over-accentuated in its sweetness, powerfully salty, good length with citrusy and mineral flavors. Superb terroir-driven Kabinett from Franconia!
