The white wine »Wingerte« Chasselas, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Schlumberger has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chasselas from the region Baden in Germany.
Still some yeast on the nose, herbal notes from spontaneous fermentation, yellow and green apple, some malt, rocket and mustard seed. Lean and taut structure, initially with supple, soft development on the palate, then with good energy, emphatically dry, nice spice and grippy, cultivated phenolics. Strong character.
