The white wine Riesling Pfülben, Randersacker, vintage 2011 from the winery Weingut Schmitts Kinder has been rated in 2012 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Franconia in Germany.
Pale white-yellow with greenish reflections. Pure, very savoury, almost dusty rocky nose, only restrained, yet fine, subtle fruit. Fine-bred, dancing and lively on the palate, extremely tense and long in its crackling minerality. Great fruit concentration and without force, but with elegance and finesse. One of the best Rieslings from Randersack in recent years.
