The white wine »Große Reserve« Randersacker Silvaner trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Schmitts Kinder has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Some wood spice on the nose, plus an unraveling varietal spice with some sesame, hay and linden blossom. Immediately animating on the palate with intense, tactile minerality, finely accompanied by phenolics, lots of juiciness in the background. Very balanced.
