The rosé »Rosé Saignée« trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Schönbrunn has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Salmon pink. Fruity and herbal aroma, raspberries, rose hips, fresh figs, plums, orange peel, mineral savouriness. Round and well-balanced on the palate, full-bodied, yet not saturating, clear berry fruit, fine acid vein, mineral savouriness and beautiful length, with good drinking flow.
