Sweet heart cherry, wild berries, raspberry, crunchy plum, fine cold smoke, smoked bacon. Soft on the palate, powerful structure, emphatically dry, the acidity accompanies mildly, gives priority to the minerality, which draws onto the finish with fine savouriness.
