Tasting Notes
Fine woody savouriness and notes of pear and butternut squash on the nose. On the palate, texture is accompanied by ripe and vivid acidity, a slight salty undertone, well balanced, firm in structure, well-integrated power, a structurally characterised Pinot Gris that should continue to develop.
More about the tastingToasty, savoury nose with nutty and varietal flavours of Pinot berries. Smooth on the palate, yet fresh, very well-balanced, well-integrated ripe acidity. A restrained, not opulent style of Grauburgunder, but should still develop savoury notes.
