Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 22.03.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Almond, a German Burgundy scent, bay leaf, chocolate and some oak. Smoothly grounded in the mouth, crumbly-grainy tannin and rather discreet acidity. High density, the plateau phase lingers. Barely integrated alcohol.
