Dark in colour, buttery in aroma, toasty, savoury, dried meat. After air contact also sour cherry, blueberry, leather. The palate is lined with fine tannin, the wine has a lot of juiciness, a lively acidity and a Northern Rhône charisma. Nice length, good medium- term ageing potential.
