Golden yellow in the glass with copper-coloured reflections. Dense and complex aroma, smoke, floral notes, kumquat, fennel, yellow apple, some hops and orange oil. Multi-layered and elegant on the palate, fine acidity, DELICATE texture, noble ripe phenolics, fine fruit, subtle green walnut, everything close together, beautiful length.
