Dark ruby colour, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim brightening. Fine roasted flavours, a hint of caramel, with dark berry fruit in the background, nuances of blackberry and cherry. Powerful, finely spiced, black cherry on the palate, fresh structure, ripe tannins, mineral-salty, notes of nougat, already gluggable and versatile.
