The natural wine »Rakete« trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Teresa Deufel has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Blanc from the region Württemberg in Germany.
A scent of paprika and rhubarb. Lots of finely distributed carbon dioxide on the palate, which gives silkiness and freshness, accompanied by a lively acidity and savoury finish. An animating refreshing drink that plays with the powers of the yeast.
