The white wine »Edition Rosenduft« Gewürztraminer Spätlese, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Theo Minges has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 94+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gewürztraminer from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
The aroma is very precise and clear, floral with a positive yeast accompaniment, but still closed overall. The palate flows silky, full-bodied, round - the sweetness is completely buffered by the extract, the acidity gives freshness and tension without being isolated. A Gewürztraminer from a single mould, fine and fresh - with very good certain ageing potential.
