Tasting Notes
A dense nose without any forward fruit piquancy, rather carried pear, unripe walnut. On the palate, the piquancy is immediate, partly due to the acidity, but also partly due to the saltiness and a fine phenolic flavour. Gastronomically almost as versatile as an orange wine.
