Deep ruby, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Delicately savoury on the nose, with notes of ripe plum, peppery undertones, blackberry confit, hints of nougat and oak. Juicy on the palate, with an elegant texture, subtle notes and wild berry confit, a touch of orange, very well-integrated wood, pronounced fruit and hints of cherry on the lingering finish. An approachable, fresh, balanced and very versatile food wine.
