Medium yellow-green colour. Restrained, initial notes of petrol, subtle coconut flakes and a hint of herbs: reductive bouquet. Taut palate with white tropical fruit, pronounced minerality, well-integrated residual sugar and tight acidity. In a "German" style, its salty minerality mingles with sweet stone fruit. Needs a few more years to harmonise completely.
