Medium, delicately cloudy yellow gold. Ripe gooseberry fruit, a hint of guava, nuances of yellow tropical fruit, savoury and spicy, hints of cassis and wood spice. Complex, firm and deep, fresh acidity, subtle fruit in the finish, some vanilla and caramel, salty aftertaste, a full-bodied food wine.
