The non-alcoholic sekt »Fly Dry«, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Ullrich has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Müller-Thurgau, Gelber Muskateller from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
A rather strong nutmeg aroma emanates from the glass, along with notes of lavender and pineapple. In the mouth, this "sparkling drink made from non-alcoholic wine" has good acidity and a counterbalance that is not overly sweet, an intense but not coarse mousse, a fairly coherent palate structure with good length. Quite mature!
