The white wine »Blondschopf« Müller Thurgau, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut von der Tann has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Müller-Thurgau from the region Franconia in Germany.
The scent shows no fatigue: mint and caraway, also some rhubarb. This is multilayered and yet not loud. In the mouth, the wine integrates a pinch of wood, its really noble, round phenolics contrast beautifully with the juicy, fine-nerved acidity, the finish has mineral undertones and excellent length.
