Balsamic savouriness on the nose, candied orange peel, blossom honey, slate is added, complex. On the palate it shows with texture and tension, very ripe citrus fruit, papaya, but also a lot of savouriness, honey, lively acidity, well balanced, elegant and fine despite its density.
