Mineral-dominated aroma, some smoke, rock flour, a hint of iodine, lots of savouriness with mint and woodruff, then tangerine. Very juicy and dense on the palate, ripe acidity, finely balanced sweetness, texture, sweet orange, grippy, complex and long, lots of certain ageing potential.
