The white wine »Kul«, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut und Destillerie Waalem has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Solaris, Johanniter, Souvignier gris, Hibernal from the region Schleswig-Holstein in Germany.
Yeasty, citrusy aroma, slightly peppery on contact with air, opening comparatively sweet in the mouth, juicy and light in extract with a lively but not cuttingly piquant acidity. A refreshing aperitif.
