Berries, spiced fruit and fine wood savouriness, with some espresso notes on the nose. On the palate there's a fine balance of juicy, fresh fruit and an echo of the spice, with fine-grained, grippy tannin helping create good density. The internal tension leads into the long, peppery finish. Still youthful.
