Cold smoke and dark fruit on the nose initially, blackberry, dark cherry, plum, black pepper and some menthol. Dense and powerful on the palate with tension, the stable acidity carries far. Some sour cherry, plum with ripe tannins which also still has slightly astringent reserves. The minerality begins to emerge in the background. Good length, youthful.
