Tasting Notes
Ethereal herbal and savoury aromatics, menthol, juniper, fascinatingly complex and yet radiantly clear. On the palate, fine tannins are balanced with an immensely firm, tactile and mineral backbone, well-integrated and rather mild acidity, lots of juiciness to the finish, pure delicacy with great length.
More about the tastingOmission as a tool of great craftsmanship. And renunciation and modesty are probably also part of the creation of this wine, which has been reduced to the bare essentials to create a delicacy according to all the rules of the art.
