Tasting Notes
"Burgundian" aroma with well-integrated new wood, cherry cordial and dark berries. Spicy overtones: anise, liquorice, juniper. Very dense palate, medium grain size tannins, vivid and adhering for a long time, a slight touch of green tones giving freshness, lots of juiciness, good length. Very good ageing potential.
More about the tastingAlongside crystal-clear cherries, some marzipan and dark chocolate. Its aroma is downright gracious in the context of the collection. Sparkling acidity and stony grip show even the last novice the way.
