Tasting Notes
A fine balsamic savouriness on the nose mixed with dark cherry, dried mushrooms, cassis and blackberry, with some blood orange and forest floor. A substantial attack on the palate shows good volume and a fine acid vein that leaves a cool impression, thanks to the mineral notes. Still youthful and majoring on juicy fruit.
