Wild raspberry, red currant, wild strawberry, malt and elderberry, also fresh herbs and spices, pine needles. On the palate, powerful tannins, with a graininess that is only beginning to soften, intense chalky notes and a ripe acidity, savoury notes of fruit, a powerful finish.
