Tasting Notes
Focused nose with quince, slightly resinous, cold smoke, rosemary and a hint of lovage. Excellently constructed on the palate with a certain creaminess and suppleness, mineral notion, does not reach the highest complexity, but a Chardonnay of high quality.
More about the tastingSpicy and complex nose with melon, smoke, mace and acacia. Well-built on the palate, with a lot of tension and drive as well as smoothness and freshness; the alcohol is very well integrated, fills power with structure, savoury and long finish. Powerful Chardonnay with good ageing potential.
More about the tastingToasty wood, closed, cereal-like varietal aromas, flax, corn. Highly concentrated on the palate, the extract easily fills the large volume, and the firm acid nerve gives length. A Chardonnay with immense breadth and power.
