Restrained and dense on the nose, with oak savouriness, vanilla, chestnut puree, quince, mango and corn tossed in butter. Also the herbal savouriness of dried nettle and mint. In the mouth, power and a broad flow, emphatically dry with firm acidity and noticeable phenolics. Salty in the finish, with good ageing potential.
