Delicate salmon pink in colour. Fruity-berry overture on the nose, strawberry, raspberry, ripe Mirabelle plum, also slightly dropping. Slender structure on the palate, juicy and animating with vivid acidity, citric hints such as some lime juice emphasise the freshness, fine tannins underline the gastronomic suitability.
