Tasting Notes
Bright yellow. The bouquet is reminiscent of Rhenish sauerbraten, probably notes from the spontaneous fermentation that will pass, but behind it there is a dense, ripe fruit. Dense and complex on the palate, momentarily powerful, very spicy, little play, but showing a lot of strength. It is quite robust in the end.
