Tasting Notes
Spontaneous fermentation notes along with hot stones show on this penetrating bouquet. There's lots of herbal spiciness, ripe apricot, juicy and ripe acidity on the palate of this well built wine. Distinct mineral notes, dry and stony with no typical varietal fruit, it is taut but also has room for juiciness and elegance.
