The white wine »Assemblage Weiss« trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Weishaar has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Baden in Germany.
Fine smoke in a powerful aroma with ripe fruit, apple, pear, yellow plum, hazelnut, savouriness such as nutmeg and allspice. Shows good substance, juiciness and savouriness in a compact structure with a soft texture, ripe phenolics, dry in expression, also intended for gastronomic use.
