The sweet and dessert wine Opitz One, vintage 2005 from the winery Opitz Fine Wines has been rated in 2010 with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Zweigelt from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Dark amber, red reflections, orange rim. Strong dried fruit aromas, notes of figs with tobacco undertones, dried herbs, candied orange peel, very multi-layered, multi-faceted bouquet, spicy nuances. Complex palate with notes of chocolate and roasted nuts, juicy and well-structured, carried by a vivid acidity, orange fruit, subtle nougat and marzipan, mineral finish, conveys great freshness, already very drinkable.
