Floral and very strong slate savouriness, yellow fruit with tropical undertones. Smooth on the palate, flawlessly round and ripe in all components, lots of juiciness, very good freshness, tension, but also a complete renunciation of green tones, lots of mineral substance. Perhaps relatively close to a Spätlese - but still simply delicate.
