Still somewhat closed, fresh mint, lemon balm, lime zest, green apple, lots of slate, a hint of smoke. On the palate, a nice extraction, dense, grippy, a lively acidity, tightly woven, refined phenolics, a subtle sweetness, ripe citrus fruit, lots of tension.
More about the tastingClosed on the nose, with hints of herbal tones, citrus and slate. On the palate, the wine proves to be completely characterised by extract, textured, dense, subtle phenolics, also terpenic, that tends a little to the late harvest type, but still captivates with its tension and concentration.
