The white wine »Blauschiefer« Riesling feinherb, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Würtzberg has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Beautiful slate savouriness on the nose, savoury aromas of a cultivated spontaneous fermentation. On the palate, the lively acidity comes to the fore, some carbonic acid, a nice interplay of sweetness and acidity, yellow fruit, passionfruit, also grapefruit, finishes with slate savouriness.
