Multi-layered aroma of sour cherry, sloe, smoke and blackberry, plus some rock flour, elegant and savoury. Rich tannins on the palate, gripping and pithy, lots of juice, red fruit with cherry, lovely savouriness, long, has further certain ageing potential.
