Tasting Notes
Dark notes, sweet cherry, wood spice, hints of iodine, brooding minerality. Clear and well textured with fine grained tannins on the palate. Depth and calmness are complemented by fine juicy notes of sour cherry. Gripping towards the back with a lively acid structure.
More about the tastingA great nose of smoke, dark red fruits, rosehip, black cherry and roast plum. Round and juicy on the palate with very good freshness and pronounced juiciness, no frills, simply beautiful! Presumably unfiltered, so watch out for deposit!
