Tasting Notes
Milky coffee, still youthfully closed with varietal aromas, good precision when harvested.. On the palate soft, plump and round, oak-creaminess and texture in the extreme, but at the same time not burdensome or lacking freshness, retaining tension, the acidity is integrated quite seamlessly. It is a good food wine, perfect for example with poultry in morel cream, and it still has great reserves of fruit.
