The red wine »Angel Hill« Syrah trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Zimmermann has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Baden in Germany.
A wide-ranging aroma profile of graphite, vanilla, dark berries, even some Kalamata olive and plenty of savouriness. The palate continues with the same intensity, with coconut and cedar wood joining in. Accompanied by texture, body and pleasant freshness.
