Tasting Notes
Noble new wood, cigar box, coconut, chocolate. In the mouth, the wine has a very dense, even slightly astringent extract, strong alcohol content forms the background for the substance, the rather mild acidity and the ripe fruit. A powerful wine with certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingHeavy bottle with a cut-out at the bottom, which immediately indicates what is coming here: an enormously ambitious cooperative product. Extremely dark in colour with consistent berry fruit notes on the nose. Blackberry, liquorice, ripeness. The ripe notes continue on the palate and perhaps slip into overcooking for a moment, but the vivid tannin structure makes up for this.
