Red apple, quince, pear, nuts and a little honey on the nose. A lively acidity on the palate, with a slight residual sweetness. Fruity aromas as well as a nutty and creamy texture, good with food.
More about the tastingPale golden reflections. A hint of Ruländer, Charentais melon and slightly peppery undertones on the nose. Initially supple and full on the palate, then the lively acidity gradually picks up speed, good density. A Pinot Gris that unites mellowness and structure.
